Shipping & Delivery

• Free Shipping is available on all orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days.
• Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays.
• During peak shopping periods, promotional campaigns, or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Advance Payment for High-Value Orders

• For orders above Rs. 15,000, advance payment is required.
• Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with payment details and instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Easy Returns

• Include a copy of your invoice and the reason for return with your parcel.
• Returns must be sent through a traceable courier or registered post at the customer’s expense.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We will arrange a repair where possible. If the item cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with a new product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind / Exchange

Changed your mind or the product isn’t quite right? You can return it and receive an exchange code equal to the original product price, valid for 7 days and redeemable on our store. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange code, a 30% service and restocking charge, plus shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return Your Order

1. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
2. Pack Your Item: Make sure the item is securely packed with its original tags and packaging, along with the completed Return Form.
