Use the care label on your item as the final guide. The instructions below are general care suggestions for the bedding, pillows, quilts, toppers, and cushions in our collection. If an item's label gives different directions, follow the label.
Bedsheets and duvet covers
For cotton sateen bedsheets and linen duvet covers, wash only as directed on the care label. If machine washing is permitted, use a gentle cycle, cool water, and mild detergent. Wash similar colors together and avoid bleach. Follow the label for drying, and avoid high heat unless it specifically allows it.
Sham silk pillowcases
Check the care label before washing. If washable, use a cool, delicate wash and a detergent suitable for the fabric. Do not bleach or wring. Dry as directed and avoid high heat.
Pillows, quilts, and mattress toppers
Air these items regularly. For small marks, try spot-cleaning with a soft cloth, cool water, and a little mild detergent, testing an inconspicuous area first. Machine-wash only if the care label says it is safe. Make sure the item and its filling are completely dry before using or storing.
Decorative cushions
Spot-clean gently unless the item's care label confirms that it can be washed. Avoid harsh scrubbing or pulling at the hand-stitched details. Let the cushion dry fully before returning it to use.
Storage
Store clean, completely dry bedding in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
