Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Easy Returns

  • Include a copy of your invoice and the reason for return with your parcel.
  • Returns must be sent through a traceable courier or registered post at the customer's expense.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We will arrange a repair where possible. If the item cannot be repaired, we'll replace it with a new product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind / Exchange

Changed your mind or the product isn't quite right? You can return it and receive an exchange code equal to the original product price, valid for 7 days and redeemable on our store. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange code, a 30% service and restocking charge, plus shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Complete the Return Form
    Fill out the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
  2. Pack Your Item
    Make sure the item is securely packed with its original tags and packaging, along with the completed Return Form.
