Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day via registered courier. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery takes 4-5 working days nationwide.

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. For high-value orders above Rs. 15,000, advance payment is required, and our team will contact you with details upon order confirmation.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags/packaging. Items should be shipped back to our Returns Dept in Faisalabad.
